Centre for Induction Training (CIT)

Objective

The main objective of Centre for Induction Training is to orient and socialize the newly recruited class three officers of Nepal Government with core values, functions and practices of civil service and to enhance their core and job specific competenciesand prepare them for delivering effective public services.

Functions

The main function of the CIT is to conduct pre-service training.

Basic Administration Training (BAT): BAT is induction course organized for the newly appointed Gazetted Class III Officers who come with the diverse academic and socio-cultural background with or without prior job experience.
